32 Teams, One Goal: NFL Announces 2025 Offseason Training Schedule

The NFL has officially released the offseason workout schedules for all 32 teams, setting the stage for players to return to team facilities and prepare for the 2025 season. These workouts are critical for teams to establish chemistry, install new schemes, and get rookies acclimated before training camp.

For the Detroit Lions, offseason workouts will be key in building on last year’s NFC Championship run. With several new additions to the roster, including free agents and draft picks, the team will use this time to fine-tune its approach under Dan Campbell and his coaching staff.

Each team’s offseason program is divided into three phases: voluntary strength and conditioning, on-field drills without contact, and full-speed OTAs. Mandatory minicamps will follow before teams take a break ahead of training camp in late July.

With the schedule now set, all eyes will be on teams as they begin their journey toward the 2025 NFL season.
