Eagles Owner Talks Tough on ‘Tush Push’ Ban Effort

Eagles Owner Speaks Out on NFL’s Attempt to Ban the ‘Tush Push’

The Philadelphia Eagles’ infamous “Tush Push”a quarterback sneak that’s become nearly Unstoppable   has ruffled some feathers around the NFL. Now, league officials are debating whether it should be banned.

Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie isn’t thrilled about the push to outlaw the play. He believes the move is less about fairness and more about teams struggling to stop it.

For the past two seasons, Philly has dominated short-yardage situations using this technique, with Jalen Hurts and the offensive line executing it to near perfection. Critics argue it gives the Eagles an unfair advantage, while supporters say it’s just smart football.

The NFL has a history of tweaking rules when one team exploits an edge too well, and this could be another case of that. But for now, the  Tush Push   remains legal whether that changes next season is still up in the air.
