A man from Pennsylvania, Shawn Monper, has been charged with making threats against President Trump, U.S. officials, and ICE agents. Monper, 32, from Butler, PA, where Trump was shot during a rally last year, was arrested after the FBI and local police investigated his actions. The U.S. Department of Justice expressed gratitude for the swift work in stopping Monper before he could act on his threats. Attorney General Pamela Bondi emphasized that the department will continue to prosecute those threatening violence to the fullest extent of the law.
