Aidan Hutchinson Nears Full Recovery: “I’m There. I’m Good.”
Lions star pass rusher Aidan Hutchinson is nearly done with the long rehab journey from the broken fibula and tibia that ended his 2024 season. Speaking from the Masters, Hutchinson gave fans the update they’ve been waiting for: “I’m there. I’d say I’m good.” He’ll wrap up his final evaluations this week and, if all goes well, be officially cleared.
Before his injury, Hutchinson was having a dominant third year, piling up 7.5 sacks in just five games—including a ridiculous 4.5-sack day against Tampa Bay. Detroit fans had hoped for a miracle Super Bowl return, but with the Lions falling short, Hutchinson got extra time to fully recover without rushing back.
The rehab process gave the 24-year-old a new outlook. “You just have this appreciation for your body, for no pain, and for running,” he said. Now, he’s back on the move—and the hype video of his sprinting proves it. Hutch looks ready to hit the ground running in 2025, and Lions fans are here for it.
