The Detroit Lions have found their replacement for offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, hiring John Morton, the former pass game coordinator for the Denver Broncos. Morton brings a wealth of experience, having coached for multiple NFL teams, including the San Francisco 49ers, New Orleans Saints, and Oakland Raiders. He served as the Jets’ offensive coordinator in 2017 and has worked with notable players in his career. Morton will now take the reins of a high-powered Lions offense, led by quarterback Jared Goff and star players like Amon-Ra St. Brown and David Montgomery. The Lions aim to continue their rise as NFC contenders with Morton in charge.
