NFL Analyst Confirms: Lions’ Super Bowl Window Wide Open

Lions’ Super Bowl Window Is Still Wide Open, Says NFL Analyst
The Detroit Lions have come up short the last two seasons, but their championship aspirations are far from over. Despite the tough playoff losses, head coach Dan Campbell insists the Lions’ Super Bowl window is “absolutely open.” And NFL analyst Bucky Brooks agrees.

In his latest rankings, Brooks listed Detroit as having one of the biggest Super Bowl windows in the league, second only to the Philadelphia Eagles. He acknowledges the loss of offensive coordinator Ben Johnson and defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn but believes the Lions are built to win in multiple ways.

With a powerful offensive foundation and a defense that could take a major leap under new coordinator Kelvin Sheppard, Detroit remains a serious contender. If Aidan Hutchinson and Alim McNeill return to form, the Lions could be a nightmare matchup in the NFC.

The team isn’t built for a one-and-done shot at a title—GM Brad Holmes has structured the roster for long-term success. While the last two years felt like missed opportunities, the Lions’ championship window remains wide open. Now, they just need to push through.

Would you consider Detroit a top Super Bowl contender in 2025? Let’s hear your thoughts!
