Jon Dykema, Detroit’s Director of Football Compliance and Lead Football Counsel, is leaving to join Michigan State as an executive senior associate AD. Dykema, a Michigan State alum, has been with the Lions for 15 years, playing a major role in contract negotiations, salary cap management, and the legal side of football operations.
While most fans might not know his name, his work behind the scenes has been crucial. Now, with free agency around the corner, Detroit has two key front-office spots to fill as they look to keep building on their recent success.
