A.J. Brown Credits ‘Big Dom’ DiSandro for Holding Eagles Together
The Philadelphia Eagles’ Super Bowl run wasn’t without its challenges, but according to star wide receiver A.J. Brown, one man played a crucial role in keeping the team united—senior advisor and chief security officer Dom DiSandro, better known as “Big Dom.”
Speaking on the “Kickin’ It with Dee” podcast, Brown didn’t hold back in his praise. “Dom IS the reason why this team stays together,” he said. “Anything you need, Big Dom got you. He’s gonna make it happen for you.”
After a turbulent 2023 season that ended in disappointment, the Eagles faced plenty of off-field drama in 2024, from player-only meetings to fix the offense to speculation about Brown’s friendship with Jalen Hurts. But through it all, the team found ways to win—and Brown believes Big Dom’s leadership played a major role in that success.
