✅ Team Culture & Leadership: Players overwhelmingly praised the organization’s culture, crediting Campbell and leadership for fostering a strong environment.

✅ Facility Upgrades Paying Off: The training room improved from 13th to 9th, and the food program jumped from a D- in 2023 to a B- this year, though players still want more variety.

Areas for Improvement:
🔹 Locker Room & Weight Room: Players feel these areas need more space and modernization.
🔹 Nutrition & Food Choices: While improving, Detroit ranks 28th in customized nutrition plans for players.
