Former Lions Guard Kevin Zeitler Signs with Tennessee Titans
After a strong season in Detroit, veteran guard Kevin Zeitler is heading to the Tennessee Titans. The 13-year veteran signed a new deal after spending 2024 with the Lions, where he played a key role in one of the NFL’s best offensive lines.
Zeitler, a former first-round pick in 2012, has built a reputation as a reliable, high-level interior lineman. Last season, he started 16 games for the Lions, earning an impressive 86.8 PFF grade—the third-best among all guards. His steady presence helped Detroit power its way to a 15-2 regular season record, though their playoff run ended early with a shocking loss to the Washington Commanders.
Before his time in Detroit, Zeitler had stints with the Bengals, Browns, Giants, and Ravens, finally earning his first Pro Bowl nod in 2023. Now, he brings his experience and consistency to a Titans team looking to strengthen its offensive front.
