Abdul Carter, considered one of the top defensive prospects in this year’s NFL Draft, is making waves after a recent visit to the New York Giants. With the Giants holding the No. 3 pick, there’s a good chance Carter could be their choice, especially since the top two picks are expected to go in different directions. During his visit to the Giants’ facility, Carter posted a photo of legendary linebacker Lawrence Taylor on social media, fueling speculation that he’s hoping to be drafted by New York. The image, which included Taylor’s famous quote, “Once a Giant, always a Giant,” has many fans excited about the possibility of Carter becoming the next big defensive star for the Giants. If he lives up to the hype, he could be the next LT, with a career like Dallas’ Micah Parsons.
