Alabama football’s recruiting hasn’t been super busy lately in terms of commitments, but don’t worry, things are about to pick up. The team’s got its eyes on some big-time players for the 2025 class, and the predictions are looking good.

Rivals.com’s Adam Gorney has made some bold calls about where top recruits might end up, and for Alabama, there’s some exciting news. Gorney expects 5-star edge rusher Anthony Jones, from Mobile, Alabama, to end up with the Crimson Tide. Jones is ranked 10th in the nation and is considered one of the top prospects in the state. It’s likely a two-way battle between Alabama and Auburn for his commitment, but Alabama is seen as the favorite right now.

There’s also the ongoing fight between Alabama and Auburn for wide receiver Cederrian Morgan. Gorney’s calling this one for Auburn, but it’s far from decided yet.

In addition to those two, Gorney also sees 5-star running back Ezavier Crowell and 5-star cornerback Jorden Edmonds heading to Alabama. Crowell, a standout from Jackson, Alabama, is the No. 2 ranked RB nationally and a major priority for the Tide.

So while things have been a bit quiet, the future is looking bright for Alabama football’s recruiting class.
