Nick Saban may be gone, but Alabama is still loading up on elite talent for the future.
The Crimson Tide extended an offer to Adryan Cole, a rising star from Pace Academy in Atlanta, after he put on a show at Saturday’s camp in Tuscaloosa. Cole, who’s already earned a five-star rating from multiple outlets, is a name you’ll want to remember in the 2027 recruiting class.
“Alabama is one of the top programs in the country,” Cole said after getting the offer. “To have a school with that kind of history believe in me is a blessing.”
Standing 6-foot-2 and weighing in at 195 pounds, Cole brings size, speed, and instincts to the secondary. He’s physical in run support and confident in coverage — whether it’s man, zone, or coming downhill to make a play.
“I feel like I bring a lot of versatility,” Cole told Touchdown Alabama. “I can cover, I’m physical and I play with good instincts. I trust my preparation, and I compete every snap.”
Cole’s commitment to being coachable and detail-oriented stood out to Alabama’s staff, and his relentless effort at camp clearly paid off. Don’t be surprised if more top programs start lining up to land this dynamic DB.
