In an exclusive sit-down interview, sports personality Johnny Congdon went one-on-one with Alabama defensive tackle Tim Keenan III, offering fans a rare and candid look inside the mindset of one of the Crimson Tide’s rising stars.
Coming off a breakout 2024 season, Keenan has become a cornerstone of Alabama’s defensive front. His power in the trenches, quick hands, and high football IQ have drawn praise from both coaches and analysts, earning him national attention—and potential early-round NFL Draft buzz.
But during the conversation with Congdon, Keenan showed he’s more than just brute strength.

“I’m grateful for everything this program has poured into me. But right now, my focus is 100% on winning with my brothers in that locker room. The rest will take care of itself.”
