Deion Sanders doesn’t hold back when he wants something, and this time, he’s got his sights set on the Big Apple for his son, Shedeur Sanders. At a supply chain conference (yeah, kind of random), Coach Prime made it clear—he hopes Shedeur ends up with the New York Giants.
Could it actually happen? Absolutely. The Giants have the No. 3 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft and are in desperate need of a franchise quarterback. Shedeur has been on their radar for a while—New York had scouts at every single Colorado game last season, and head coach Brian Daboll has already built a relationship with him.
The fit makes sense. Sure, the Giants’ O-line got slightly better last season (jumping from worst in the league to… 26th), but Shedeur is no stranger to playing under pressure. The guy got sacked 42 times in 2024 but still put up ridiculous numbers—4,134 yards and 37 touchdowns. If anyone can survive behind a shaky offensive line, it’s him.
And let’s be real—the “Prime Time” effect in New York would be insane. The media hype, the endorsement deals, the father-son storyline—it’s almost too perfect. Deion sees it. Now we just have to wait and see if the Giants do too.
