The NFL has gathered in Florida for a week of discussions and planning ahead of the 2025 season. With the Annual League Meetings kicking off on Sunday, most of the league’s coaches and general managers have already made their way to Palm Beach, Florida.

As tradition dictates, the head coaches in attendance posed for their annual group photo. This year, Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell stood in the back row, right in the middle, flanked by Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin and Denver Broncos head coach Sean Payton.

The photo also featured some familiar faces in new roles. Former Lions coordinators Ben Johnson and Aaron Glenn, both stepping into head coaching positions for the first time, were seated side by side in the front row—Johnson now leads the Chicago Bears, while Glenn takes the reins for the New York Jets.

Notably absent from the photo was Raheem Morris, the new Atlanta Falcons head coach. The League Meetings will continue through Wednesday.
