Doris Lemngole Does It Again!
Alabama’s Doris Lemngole just pulled off a repeat, winning the women’s 3,000-meter steeplechase for the second year in a row. She clocked in at 9:20.83 and became the first back-to-back champ in the event since 2015-16. Her already stacked trophy shelf just got another shiny addition.

Tide Racking Up Silver Too
Katelyn Adel took second in the women’s heptathlon, and Mariia Horielova snagged silver in the long jump. Bama track is clearly in business.
