Carter’s journey to the NFL hasn’t been without its challenges. Coming off shoulder and foot injuries, some teams may be cautious about his health. Despite this, his potential as a game-changer is enough to keep his stock high. As a 6’3″, 259-pound athlete, Carter’s build may be considered a bit undersized for an edge rusher. However, he models his game after Von Miller, a player of similar stature who has thrived in the league.

Carter’s versatility and rare skill set make him the top-rated edge rusher in the draft, even with the risks.
