Former Eagles wide receiver Zach Pascal is heading back to the NFC East—but this time, he’ll be wearing blue. According to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, Pascal has signed with the New York Giants for the 2025 season.
Pascal, now 30, spent the last two seasons with the Arizona Cardinals under head coach Jonathan Gannon, the former Eagles defensive coordinator. While in Arizona, he was primarily a special teams player, catching just four passes for 19 yards over two years.
Before joining the Cardinals, Pascal was part of the Eagles’ Super Bowl run in 2022, playing as the team’s fourth receiver behind A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, and Quez Watkins. That season, he caught 15 passes for 150 yards and a touchdown but didn’t contribute much in the playoffs, logging only three receptions for 15 yards.
Now, Pascal will look to bring some veteran leadership to a Giants offense that is still trying to find its identity. After a rough 2024 season that landed them the No. 3 overall pick in the draft, the Giants have plenty of work to do.
Pascal isn’t the only former Eagles receiver making moves in the NFC East. Parris Campbell, who played for the Eagles in 2024, signed a one-year deal with the Cowboys earlier in free agency.
It remains to be seen if Pascal will stick around and make the Giants’ final roster after the draft and the rest of free agency play out.
