Gronk & Brees Reveal Super Bowl LIX Winner – And They’re on the Same Page

Gronkowski and Brees Agree: Detroit Lions to Win Super Bowl LIX Over Bills

Rob Gronkowski and Drew Brees share the same bold Super Bowl LIX prediction—Detroit Lions vs. Buffalo Bills, with the Lions emerging victorious.

Gronkowski praised the Lions’ resilience, calling their playoff run “unbelievable” and highlighting the adversity they’ve overcome. While acknowledging the Bills’ strong season led by Josh Allen, he firmly predicted the Lions would take home their first-ever Lombardi Trophy.

Brees echoed Gronk’s pick, citing parallels between the Lions’ journey and his early days with the New Orleans Saints. “They remind me of New Orleans—overcoming challenges and representing their city with pride,” he said.

Brees’ connection to Lions head coach Dan Campbell and defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn—former Saints teammates—makes his endorsement even more personal. “I want to see those guys win,” Brees added.

Both legends will be in New Orleans for Super Bowl LIX, teaming up for Bounty’s “Wingman” campaign. While Gronkowski plans to “cause the mess,” he joked that Brees would be the one cleaning it up.

Could this be the Lions’ year? Gronk and Brees seem to think so.
