He explained that the fence was necessary to deter foot traffic around the property, particularly due to the family’s high profile, including the presence of his brother Travis Kelce, who is dating Taylor Swift. Jason noted that the security and privacy needs were important for their family, and they aimed to balance the fence’s functionality with aesthetic appeal.
While there were concerns from some neighbors about potential flooding caused by land changes, the zoning board approved the plans, contingent upon proper stormwater management. The Kelces’ project received approval, and the family’s new home will be another step in their journey together in Pennsylvania.
