Lions Urged to Consider Veteran Pass Rusher Von Miller
The Detroit Lions have built a strong defense in recent years, but finding a reliable pass rusher to complement Aidan Hutchinson remains a challenge. Injuries forced Hutchinson out of the lineup last season, and no other Lion recorded more than four sacks.
With free agency winding down, analyst Jeff Risdon suggests Detroit take a chance on veteran edge rusher Von Miller. The former All-Pro had six sacks in limited snaps for the Bills last season but was released in a cost-cutting move. At 35, Miller may not be in his prime, but he could still be a valuable rotational piece for a team looking to bolster its pass rush.
