The Detroit Lions are keeping another familiar face around as free agency approaches. Linebacker Ezekiel Turner has signed a one-year deal to stay in Detroit, joining Derrick Barnes and Anthony Pittman as recent re-signings.
Turner played a key role on special teams last season despite not joining the active roster until November. In just nine games, he racked up 12 tackles and even notched half a sack. With free agency about to shake things up, the Lions are making sure they retain some key depth pieces before the frenzy begins.
