Mark Sears Officially Signs Contract with Milwaukee Bucks

Former Alabama guard Mark Sears has officially signed with the Milwaukee Bucks, marking a major step in his professional basketball career. Sears, who earned consensus All-American honors in his final season at Alabama and was twice named First Team All-American, finalized a two-way contract with the Bucks on Thursday.

Sears had spent time with Milwaukee during the pre-draft process over the past two years, and the team wasted no time welcoming him. He was featured across the Bucks’ social media channels proudly wearing his new No. 19 jersey. The team also announced Sears as part of its Summer League roster.

The Bucks will kick off their four-game NBA Summer League schedule on Thursday, July 10, against the Denver Nuggets at 8:30 p.m. CT on NBA TV. Milwaukee will then face Cleveland on July 12, the LA Clippers on July 13, and wrap up against Chicago on July 16.
