Metallica Gears Up to Rock Black Sabbath’s Epic Final Show

Metallica Joins Black Sabbath for Legendary Final Show
Metallica is set to join Black Sabbath for one last historic performance as Ozzy Osbourne and his legendary bandmates reunite for Back to the Beginning: The Final Show on July 5 in Birmingham, England. This marks the first time in over 20 years that the original Black Sabbath lineup—Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward—will perform together.

The one-night-only festival will also feature heavy metal icons Slayer, Pantera, and Anthrax. Metallica, long-time Sabbath admirers, expressed their excitement on social media, calling the band their biggest inspiration. Fans will remember that in 2006, Metallica inducted Black Sabbath into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, with drummer Lars Ulrich declaring them the true kings of heavy metal.

With Osbourne now 76 and facing health challenges, this concert is the ultimate farewell to the band that defined a genre. Metal fans won’t want to miss this once-in-a-lifetime moment. Tickets go on sale February 14—expect a sellout.
