NFL Mock Draft Buzz: Bills Set for Trade Talks with Patriots, Giants

The 2025 NFL Draft is fast approaching, and teams are finalizing their plans. ESPN’s Field Yates recently dropped a mock draft, and it has the Buffalo Bills making a couple of trades. First, the Bills trade their No. 30 pick to the New England Patriots, who will use it to grab offensive tackle Josh Conerly Jr. The deal gives Buffalo some extra draft capital, with the Patriots sending a second-round pick (No. 38) and a third-round pick (No. 77) in return.

But the Bills aren’t done yet. After trading down, they move back up by swapping the newly acquired No. 38 pick (plus a fourth-rounder) with the New York Giants for the No. 34 pick. With that, Buffalo is expected to select defensive tackle Kenneth Grant from Michigan. This trade gives the Bills more picks and lets the Giants add a solid offensive line piece in Alabama’s Tyler Booker. It’s a smart move that benefits all three teams as they address key needs. The 2025 NFL Draft kicks off on April 24th.
