NFL Roster Moves Roundup: Notable Transactions from 3/11/24

The Detroit Lions have made another move in free agency, re-signing defensive tackle Myles Adams. While not a blockbuster signing, Adams provides valuable depth on the interior defensive line as the team continues to build out its roster for 2025.

Originally an undrafted free agent, Adams has carved out a role as a rotational lineman, bringing versatility to Detroit’s front. His return gives the Lions another option alongside D.J. Reader, Brodric Martin, and newly signed Roy Lopez, especially with Alim McNeill recovering from a torn ACL.

Brad Holmes and Dan Campbell are clearly focused on strengthening the trenches this offseason, ensuring the Lions have the depth needed to compete at a high level.
