Looks like the Georgia Bulldogs are down another key player for the Allstate Sugar Bowl. Sophomore running back Roderick Robinson is reportedly sidelined for the January 1st showdown against Notre Dame. This news comes after it was already announced that starting QB Carson Beck won’t be suiting up. Ouch.
The report, first shared by UGASports.com, states that Robinson picked up a lower-body injury during practice. Talk about bad timing! The guy just got back on the field after dealing with turf toe for most of the season. Now, he’s out again. Not great news for Bulldogs fans hoping for a full-strength lineup against the Fighting Irish.
