Tyreek Hill to the Ravens? Wild Trade Idea Could Shake Up AFC
With things getting a little shaky between Tyreek Hill and the Miami Dolphins, trade rumors are heating up and one wild scenario has him landing with the Baltimore Ravens.
The idea? The Ravens send Miami their 59th overall pick in this year’s draft and a 2026 fifth-rounder. In return, they get one of the most electric wide receivers in the game. It’s pricey, sure, but with Lamar Jackson in his prime and Baltimore hungry for a Super Bowl run, it could be worth it.
From Miami’s side, it’s all about planning ahead. Hill’s still elite, but he’s 31 and only has two years left on his deal. Plus, his playoff impact hasn’t matched his insane regular season numbers 319 catches, 4,468 yards, and 26 touchdowns in three seasons. In 2023 alone, he led the league in both yards and TDs, made All-Pro, and finished sixth in MVP voting.
Still, the Dolphins haven’t gotten over the playoff hump, and with Tua Tagovailoa’s massive contract numbers kicking in (his cap hit jumps to $39M in 2025 and hits a ridiculous $65M in 2028), something’s gotta give. Trading Hill clears space and adds extra draft capital picks 13, 48, 59, and 98 in the first three rounds.
Plus, they’ve got Jaylen Waddle, who’s more than capable of being WR1. Add a rookie and a couple of vets, and Miami’s offense will still be stacked without Hill.
For the Ravens, it’s simple: give Lamar a top-tier weapon, go all-in, and try to take over a brutal AFC. For Miami, it’s a chance to reset a bit and build for the future.
Win-win? Maybe. But it’d definitely shake things up.
