Ryan Williams, Kadyn Proctor, Tim Keenan III Lead Bama’s All-American Honor

Alabama football fans, it’s time to get excited: the Crimson Tide just landed three players on the Walter Camp Preseason All-American team announced Tuesday! That’s right — two Tide stars made the first team on offense, and another big man got the nod for the second team defense.

Leading the way is wide receiver Ryan Williams. This kid was electric last season, racking up 48 catches for 865 yards and eight touchdowns — and he even found the end zone twice on just four rushing attempts. Talk about making the most of your touches! Joining him on the first team is left tackle Kadyn Proctor, who’s been an anchor on the Tide’s O-line the past two years, earning All-SEC honors along the way.

On defense, big man Tim Keenan III made the second team. He’s quietly become one of the Tide’s most reliable defenders, posting 79 tackles and nearly 10 tackles for loss in 2024.

Alabama’s three selections tie them with Texas and Clemson for the most players on the list. And no surprise here — the SEC leads all conferences with 16 total picks.

For those curious, the Walter Camp list is one of five groups the NCAA uses to decide who gets consensus or unanimous All-American honors at the end of the year. Basically, if you make three of these lists, you’re officially a consensus All-American.

So yeah, the Tide is loaded once again, and these guys are already getting recognized before the season even kicks off. Buckle up, Bama fans — 2025 is looking bright!
