Beloved Internet Sports Personality Enters Hospice Care, Shares Heartbreaking Final Post

A popular sports personality has shared a heartbreaking farewell message with his followers, revealing that he is entering hospice care after a 19-year battle with cancer.

Andy Isaac, better known by his handle @WorldofIsaac, posted the tragic message to his 90,000 followers on social media.

“Sadly, this is probably one of my last,” he wrote. “Having cancer since 2006 has finally taken its toll on me. It has finally stripped me of quality of life.”

Isaac continued, “I have decided on hospice care. Life has been a struggle these last few months and years. I hope I can find some peace in hospice.”

Isaac was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in 2006 and became a popular online figure thanks to his humor and passion for the Detroit Lions, Pistons, Tigers, Red Wings, and Michigan State University.

Many of his beloved teams responded to the heartbreaking health update on social media, with the Lions, Tigers, and Red Wings all replying with heart emojis.

The Pistons wrote, “All love to you,” prompting calls from some fans for Isaac to be honored by the NBA team.
