“The Secret Formula for Jack Campbell’s 2025 Fantasy Breakout Revealed”

Fantasy analyst breaks down how Jack Campbell can totally explode in 2025

Jack Campbell took a big step forward in his second year with the Lions, but is there more to come in 2025?

Last season was rough for Detroit’s defense with tons of injuries, but Campbell was a rock  he played every single game and was on the field for almost every snap from Week 10 through the playoffs. He led the team with 131 tackles, added 1.5 sacks, and even got better in coverage after a shaky rookie year.

Campbell already showed he’s a key player for the Lions, but fantasy experts think he could level up even more this year.

Jonathan Macri from Pro Football Focus says Campbell’s role really opened up last season once teammate Alex Anzalone got hurt. From Week 11 on, Campbell played every defensive snap  even when Anzalone returned for a couple games, Campbell stayed the main guy.

His stats back it up, too  Campbell got solid grades for coverage, run defense, and overall, all better than Anzalone’s best seasons. Plus, Campbell’s tackling is top-notch, ranking in the 90th+ percentile for tackles made compared to what was expected.

That means fantasy players in IDP leagues should be pumped   Campbell’s on track to be a top linebacker all season long. The only downside? He’s not a huge playmaker with flashy sacks or interceptions, but that’s a small complaint when he’s racking up tackles like crazy.

Bottom line: With a full-time role locked down, Campbell looks ready to have a breakout year in 2025.
