Alabama football is kicking off the 2025 season with three of its standout players earning preseason All-America honors from the Walter Camp Football Foundation. Sophomore wide receiver Ryan Williams and junior offensive tackle Kadyn Proctor were named to the first team, while defensive lineman Tim Keenan landed on the second team.
Williams, the former Saraland High School star who wowed as a 17-year-old freshman last year, finished 2024 with 48 catches for 865 yards and eight touchdowns. He etched his name into highlight reels with a game-winning catch and run against Georgia early in the season.
Proctor, Alabama’s rock at left tackle, briefly transferred to Iowa after Nick Saban’s retirement in early 2024 but returned to Tuscaloosa to reclaim his starting spot. The Iowa native earned second-team All-SEC honors last season and was on the conference’s all-freshman team in 2023.
On defense, senior lineman Tim Keenan, from Birmingham, secured second-team honors after starting 12 games in 2024 and recording 40 tackles, including 7.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks.
The Crimson Tide opens preseason camp in August under head coach Kalen DeBoer, gearing up for a big season that kicks off with a road showdown at Florida State.
