At 36, Moore brings a mix of youth and experience. He quickly transitioned from an NFL quarterback to coaching, rising through the ranks as a quarterbacks coach and offensive coordinator with the Cowboys, Chargers, and Eagles. Moore’s Coaching Journey
Moore’s playing career began with the Detroit Lions in 2012 as an undrafted free agent out of Boise State. After stints with the Cowboys and an injury-shortened career, he moved into coaching. In Dallas, he progressed from quarterbacks coach to offensive coordinator in 2019, staying through a coaching change before parting ways with Mike McCarthy in 2023.
