Kerby Joseph Vows to Pick Off Every QB on Lions’ 2025 Schedule

If you’re an NFL quarterback set to face the Detroit Lions this season, consider this your warning: Kerby Joseph is coming for you.

The Lions’ ball-hawking safety isn’t shy about his goals for 2025. On a recent appearance on The Rich Eisen Show, Joseph made it crystal clear—he plans to intercept every quarterback the Lions face this season. That’s right, all 17 of them.

“Seventeen QBs. All of them,” Joseph said. “And there’ll be a couple of multiple-pick games too. That’s just what I do.”

It’s bold talk—but Joseph has the resume to back it up. Since entering the league in 2021, he’s notched 17 interceptions and 247 tackles, earning a reputation as one of the league’s most disruptive playmakers. And with a fresh contract extension in hand, he’s got the confidence—and job security—to aim for greatness.

He also joked about hoping the Lions get their cold-weather games out of the way early in the season. Baltimore, Philly, Green Bay, Chicago—Joseph wants to get those chilly matchups knocked out before winter hits full swing. But at the end of the day, he knows this Lions team can play anywhere, anytime.

Detroit’s defense is hungry, and Joseph’s message is loud and clear: if you’re under center this season, watch your back.
