Former Alabama pitcher Dylan Smith just took a big step forward in his pro career—he’s been promoted to the Triple-A Toledo Mud Hens! Smith has been dealing on the mound for the Erie SeaWolves, posting a sharp 1.8 ERA and racking up 27 strikeouts in just 20 innings. Safe to say, he’s turning heads in the Detroit Tigers’ farm system.
