Odell Beckham Jr. Still Has Love for the Giants
OBJ made it clear recently that he never wanted to leave New York. While chatting during the Champions League final broadcast, he said he was pretty upset when he got traded back in 2019. The Giants sent him and Olivier Vernon to the Browns in a deal that brought back Jabrill Peppers, Kevin Zeitler, and some draft picks.
OBJ said New York believed in him from the start and that he wanted to be the one to lead them to a Super Bowl. Even though he ended up winning a ring with the Rams in 2022, he still holds on to that feeling.
Fans remember all the big moments—his crazy one-handed catch against the Cowboys, hitting career milestones super fast—but after injuries, fines, and some drama, things started to fall apart in New York. Even after signing a huge \$90 million deal, he got traded just months later. Now, looking back, he’s still got a soft spot for the Giants.

Eagles Trade Bryce Huff to 49ers After Just One Season
The Eagles decided to move on from pass rusher Bryce Huff, sending him to the 49ers for a 2026 fifth-round pick (which could bump up to a fourth-rounder depending on his performance). Huff had a breakout year with the Jets before Philly signed him to a \$51.1 million deal. But last season? Not great—just 2.5 sacks.
It seems Philly didn’t want to wait around to see if things would improve, so they cut their losses. They’re still stuck paying over \$9 million of his salary, but at least the 49ers are picking up the rest. Not ideal, but the Eagles did win the Super Bowl last season, so it’s not like this deal ruined anything.

Marshon Lattimore Skips Commanders OTAs
Washington cornerback Marshon Lattimore was a no-show for the team’s voluntary OTAs, and it’s raising eyebrows. Terry McLaurin is also sitting out while working on a new contract, but Lattimore’s absence hits differently.
He joined the Commanders last year from the Saints but never really made a splash—partly due to a lingering hamstring injury. Even so, the team hoped he’d come in this offseason fired up and ready to prove himself. Instead, he’s training on his own.
Maybe he’s still nursing the injury. Maybe he’s just trying to avoid getting hurt again. Or maybe he wants a new deal. Whatever the case, not showing up doesn’t exactly send a great message—especially with added competition at cornerback.
