The Alabama Crimson Tide continue their summer recruiting hot streak, adding a third commitment in July with the addition of standout defensive lineman Nolan Wilson.
Wilson, a 6-foot-4, 250-pound 4-star prospect out of Picayune Memorial High School in Mississippi, announced his commitment to Alabama on Friday. He chose the Crimson Tide over top programs including Auburn, Ole Miss, Florida, and Miami.
Ranked as the No. 58 overall player and the No. 6 defensive lineman in the 2026 recruiting class according to the 247Sports Composite, Wilson is also considered the No. 3 player from Mississippi. His commitment gives Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer and his staff their third pledge this month, joining 5-star wide receiver Cederian Morgan and 3-star receiver Brian Williams.
Wilson’s commitment continues Alabama’s strong momentum on the trail, following a June surge that drew comparisons to the legendary recruiting runs of Nick Saban’s era. The Crimson Tide now boast 18 commitments for the 2026 cycle and currently rank sixth nationally in the team recruiting rankings.
Alabama will look to build on this momentum in pursuit of the nation’s top class as they head deeper into the summer recruiting period.
