Police are investigating a tragic road crash that claimed the life of 25-year-old motorcyclist Reon Dottin, of Drax Hall Tenantry, St George, on Wednesday evening. The fatal collision occurred around 6:48 p.m. along Haggatt Hall Road, St Michael, leaving a community in mourning and prompting renewed calls for caution on the busy stretch.
According to preliminary reports, the accident involved a bus, a van, and Dottin’s motorcycle. Police stated that the van was traveling in the direction of Mapp Hill, ahead of the motorcycle, while the bus was heading in the opposite direction. As the vehicles reached the area of Cutting Road, a devastating collision ensued, impacting all three vehicles and sending debris scattering across the roadway.
